Coinciding with the auspicious third month of the traditional lunar calendar, Yuthok Tendar Traditional Medicine Academy started its teaching program for the 2nd year of their study by Khendrung Rigzin Wangchuk. Realising that the traditional medicine studies is one of the important component amongst the 5 sciences, Rinpoche wishes to continue with the long-standing tradition of preserving and promoting the traditional medicine through teaching and learning programs.
