His Holiness the Namkhai Nyingpo Rinpoche presided over the inaugural ceremony of Yuthok Tendar Traditional Medicine Clinic at Lhodrak Kharchu Monastery in Bumthang on the auspicious Sixth Day of the Eighth Month of the Bhutanese Calendar in 2019. 

Government officials and esteemed patrons including Drungtsho Sherab Jordhen, personal physician to previous and present Namkhai Nyingpo Rinpoche attended the ceremony. The ceremony began with offering of Yuthok Nyingthig and conferring of Tashi Lekdhar upon Khenpo/Drungtsho Rigzin Wangchuk and Khenpo/Drungtsho Karma Wangchuck by His Holiness.

On November 6, 2021

Coinciding with the 2nd day of the auspicious tenth month of the lunar calendar, as requested by Khendrung Rigzin Wangchuk and Khendrung Karma Wangchuk and the staff of Yuthok Tendar Traditional Medicine Service Center at Kharchu Monastery, His Holiness Kyabje Namkhai Nyingpo Rinpoche had graciously conferred the oral/reading transmission of the Yuthok Nyingthik teachings. On every 8th day of the lunar month, Ganachakra puja, based on the Yuthok Nyingthik Teaching is performed regularly at the centre.

On December 18, 2021

coinciding with the auspicious 15th day of the 11th tiger month, Yuthok Tendar Medical Centre at Kharchu had conducted teaching/lecture on four tantras of medicine including elaborate dedication prayers. Moreover, since it’s coinciding with the birth anniversary of Lord Manjushri at Wu Tan Shai Mountains (Jana Riwo Tse Nga), a teaching program on astrology was introduced at the Centre.
